Learn the rules of Sevens

The example and rules describe the same game you can play above. Play every card to four suit sequences that expand outward from their sevens. Keep the goal in mind before your next move. A standard deck is dealt to four players, thirteen cards each. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.

Four-player free Sevens with three local computer opponents. This table uses the seven-of-diamonds opening and low Aces.

Take a closer look while playing

Read the position before choosing your next action. Extend the low end or high end of an open suit by one rank. Aces are low below twos; kings are the high end.

What the game asks you to do

Begin with the basic rule, then follow the result of your action. Play every card to four suit sequences that expand outward from their sevens. The game area remains available above the explanation.

Making your moves

  1. A standard deck is dealt to four players, thirteen cards each.
  2. The holder of 7♦ must play it first. Other suits can open with their own seven.
  3. Extend the low end or high end of an open suit by one rank. Aces are low below twos; kings are the high end.
  4. Play a legal card whenever possible. Passing is allowed only when no card fits.
  5. The first player with an empty hand wins the round.

Your inputs

Tap an enabled card from your hand. The suit rows show cards already played. Use Pass only when it is enabled.

A useful example

The board gives you the information needed for the next action. After 7♥ is opened, 6♥ or 8♥ can be played. 5♥ must wait until 6♥ is on the table. Keep the goal in mind before your next move.

Keep this in mind

The example and rules describe the same game you can play above. A matching rank in another suit does not extend an existing row. Every suit has its own sequence. Try the rule on the board, then read the next instruction.
